Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Harmony Health and Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality, personalised medical care. To ensure appointment availability for all patients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice before your appointment, or do not attend your appointment, the full consultation fee will be charged.
There is no charge for rearranging your appointment, provided we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.
We recognise that exceptional circumstances can arise and will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us maintain an efficient service and continue delivering the highest standard of care to all our patients.
